Terms of Services

NEW 💠PAYMENT💠 TERM OF SERVICE START EFFECTIVE ON NOVEMBER 2025

💠 GENERAL
🔸 Client need to provide the references material in clear and complete manner, or else i will contact you futhermore in the DM. This include the client request such as “SKEB-like”, “Omakase”, and/or “Surprise-Me” that required to not giving any revision that is must be declare on the first place.
🔸 Artist will refuse executing the request if there any attemp to duplicate and/or plagiarize any existing works, visual composition, and design of other person(s).
🔸 Slots are counted per person/Client. Client also eligible to order a certain amount of illustration on the same time atleast if its bearable within the works time
🔸 A commission slot is only booked and work will only begin once all required reference materials are provided and I have officially confirmed the project.💠 COMMUNICATION
🔸 Communication can be done on my provided contact here (and also Facebook)
🔸 Artist and Client may inform each other if theres any unpredicted emergencies in real life that might interfere the commissions progress
🔸 Artist may contact the Client within other provided contact on the request form if there's any emergencies
🔸 For smooth and efficient progression, Client are preferable to provide clear and written feedback for the things such as changes/revision, and/or progression approval. By this, Artist are eligible to ask follow-up question if the Client instruction are not clear and lack of guidance.💠 PAYMENTS
🔸 Payment can be proceded throught Mandiri or Gopay (only for IDR currency)
🔸 Payment must be paid as a 50% DP to book the slot after the commission request and references material were confirmed, and the remaining payment can be paid through the commission progressing until its ready for delivery.
🔸 If Client not yet able to pay the remaining payment on the end of the commission progress, the progress will be set ON HOLD
🔸 Pricing Priority:
Base Prices > Addon(s) charges > Usage License > Rush fee (if any) > Revision fee (if any)💠 REVISIONS
🔸 Client eligible revision chances: 5x concept revisions on sketch, 3x technical revisions after sketch.
🔸 Beyond the revision chances are given will be charged 5% of the final proposed pricing.
🔸 Make sure you compile the revision needed in one go (Session-Based Revision).💠 DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
🔸 Estimated delivery already stated on the respective services.
🔸 If the service deems possible, you may offer a hard deadline with a rush fee of 50% of the final proposed pricing (exclude the revisions)
🔸 Artist will deliver the final works through Google Drive, and/or e-mail.💠 USAGE
🔸 My services available for Personal Use and also Commercial use with the extra charge of 2x of the proposed pricing.
🔸 My services are prohibited for AI training, NFT uses, and secondary distribution/art broker!💠 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
🔸 Artist retain the rights of copy, ownership and redistribution of the WIP and the final artwork for display and portfolio use.
🔸 Client of the Personal Use will receive the rights of copy, ownership, and redistribution of the final works for display in any platform with no direct monetization and/or sales, in the term that client must credited the Artist and will not claim the work as their own.
🔸 Client of the Commercial Use will receive the rights that might different in various circumstances, so it will better to be discussed upon to achieve the certain agreement.
🔸 Client may direct the Artist's right to redistribute for a non-disclosure agreement until a certain date.💠 REFUNDS
🔸 Client is eligible for refund within 24 hours after the payment and the artist haven't provide any progress. beyond that is unpermittable.
🔸 if any matter of the Artist is not informing any progress and situation, also not viable to deliver the final artwork after +/- 4 months of absence, Client is eligible for refund and can be discussed futher on.
